Ekonomik Planlamada Peygamber Modeli

Özet

Bu araştırma, genel bir bakış açısıyla ekonomik planlama konusunu, bunun hedeflerini, bazı ilkelerini, esaslarını ve tüm bunların şer’i olarak birer asıl halini almasını ekonomik planlama konusundaki üstün peygamberi modeli merkezde tutarak ele alır. Bunu, mensupları açısından gösterdiği önem ölçüsünde, İslam şeriatının ekonomi konusuna verdiği değeri delillendirmek gayesiyle yapar. Asıl amaç, işin neticesinde nebevi ekonomik modelin temel ilkelerinin ortaya çıkmasıdır. Araştırma, dünyadaki farklı devletlerin, karşılaştıkları üstesinden gelinmesi zor olan problemlere çözüm önerileri de sunmaktadır. Öyleyse, ekonomik planlama hususunda, kesinlikle Peygamber Efendimizin modeline dönülmesi gerekmektedir. Onun kendi asrındaki problemler, beraberinde çözmeyi başardığı dinamikler Hz. Peygamber’in modelini uygulamayı gerektirecektir.

Abstract

This research is an overview of the concept of economic planning, its objectives and some of its principles and foundations, based on the Islamic Shari'a with focus on the guidance of Prophet Mohammad in economic planning. It demonstrates the interest of the Islamic Shari'a in both the economic aspect and the Ibada aspect, which in the long run constitutes an ultimate methodology that highlights the principles of the Prophet Mohammad's economic planning. Due to the seriousness of the intractable economic problems faced by all the countries of the world, it was necessary to refer to the guidance of Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) in relation to the economic planning in order to identify the most important characteristics and principles through which Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) could solve the most complex problems of his time.
