Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye’de mesleki ve teknik ortaöğretim sisteminde uygulanabilecek nitelikte ve örgün, yaygın ve serbest öğrenmeyi bir bütünlük içerisinde ele alan Avrupa Mesleki Eğitimde Kredi Transfer Sistemi (ECVET) ile uyumlu bir model geliştirmektir. Bu amaçla Avrupa Birliği mevzuatı ve uygulamaları incelenerek önerilen modelimiz ortaöğretim düzeyindeki örgün ve yaygın mesleki eğitim ve öğretim kurumlarının vermiş oldukları sertifika, diploma ve diğer belgelerin ECVET yaklaşımıyla tanınması, mesleki ve teknik ortaöğretim kurumlarının yönetsel yapısının ECVET yaklaşımının uygulanmasına olanak tanıyacak şekilde esnek ve dinamik bir yapıya kavuşturulması, mesleki ve teknik ortaöğretim kurumlarında görev yapacak teknik öğretmenlerin bu alanda yetiştirilmesi ve istihdamına yönelik önerileri kapsamaktadır.
Abstract
The purpose of this study, vocational and technical education system in the nature and mesh can be applied in Turkey, addressed in a common and free learning entirety Europe in Vocational Education Credit Transfer System (ECVET) it is to develop a model that is compatible with. For this purpose, the model proposed by examining the legislation and practices of the European Union; Recognition of the certificates, diplomas and other documents provided by vocational education institutions at secondary level by ECVET approach, providing the administrative structure of vocational and technical secondary education institutions with a flexible and dynamic structure to enable the implementation of ECVET approach; employment proposals.
