BİR TAKRÎR-Î SÜNNET ÖRNEĞİ: ADAK KURBANI

Özet

Bu makalede, dinî meĢruiyeti Hz. Peygamber‟in hadislerine dayanan ve bir yönüyle adak, diğer bir yönüyle ise kurbanla ilintili olan adak kurbanı muhtelif açılardan ele alınacaktır. Makalede, öncelikle adak kurbanının kavramsal ve tarihsel çerçevesi çizilerek hem konunun etimolojik tahliline hem de konuyla ilgili dinî ve kültürel içerikli uygulamalara iĢaret edilecektir. Daha sonra ise bu konuda Ġslam‟ın ortaya koyduğu düzenlemeler ve hükümler, ilgili deliller bağlamında belirtilecektir. Ayrıca makalenin en önemli konusunu teĢkil eden adak kurbanının etinden adak sahibinin yiyip yiyemeyeceği hususu, fıkhî yaklaĢımlar çerçevesinde delilleriyle birlikte ifade edilecektir. Böylece adak kurbanı ile ilgili hususların bütün yönleriyle görülmesi sağlanacaktır

Abstract

In this article, the vow sacrifice of which religious legitimacy is based on the hadiths of the Prophet Mohammed associated with the vow and with sacrifice will be discussed in various ways. Firstly, the religious and cultural thematic practices regarding the subject and its etymological analysis will be addressed by indicating the conceptual and historical frame of the vow sacrifice in the study. Then, the regulations and judgments of Islam on the subject will be emphasized within the context of evidences. In addition, the issue of whether the owner is allowed to eat the meat of the vow which is the most important subject of the article, will be stated in the light of the Islamic law with its evidences. Therefore, the issues of the vow sacrifice will be examined in all aspects.
