Özet
Bu çalışma, Manisa Celal Bayar Üniversitesi, Turgutlu Hasan Ferdi Teknoloji Fakültesinde öğrenim gören öğrencilere yönelik yapılmıştır. Çalışmada öğrencilerin girişimcilik eğilimlerinin ne düzeyde olduğu ölçülmek istenmiştir. Bu ölçme süreci için fakültede bulunan farklı bölümlerin farklı sınıflarındaki öğrencilerine yüzyüze anket yöntemi ile veri toplanmıştır. Veri toplamda sürecinde 400 öğrenci çalışmaya katılmıştır. Çalımanın verilerini analiz edebilmek için SPSS istatistik programı ile frekans analizi, tanımlayıcı istatistikler ve faktör analizi yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda araştırmaya katılan öğrencilerin yüksek seviyede girişimciliğe yatkın olduğu görülmüştür. Çalışma ayrıca, faktör analizi sonuçlarının daha önce bu alanda yapılmış çalışmaları doğrulayıcı şekilde sonuçlar ortaya çıkardığını göstermiştir.
Abstract
This study was conducted for students studying at Manisa Celal Bayar University, Turgutlu Hasan Ferdi Technology Faculty. In the study, it was aimed to measure the level of entrepreneurship tendencies of the students. For this measurement process, data were collected by face-to-face questionnaire method for students in different classes of different departments in the faculty. 400 students participated in the study during the data process. In order to analyze the collected data, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics and factor analysis methods were used with SPSS statistics program. As a result of the study, it has been observed that the students participating in the research are prone to high level entrepreneurship. The study also showed that the results of the factor analysis revealed results confirming the previous studies in this field.
