Özet
Çalışma, üniversite öğrencilerinin spor yapma durumlarına göre liderlik yönelimi düzeylerini incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma grubunu, 2018-2019 eğitim öğretim döneminde Erciyes Üniversitesi Spor Bilimleri Fakültesinde öğrenim gören 165 erkek, 135 kadın olmak üzere toplam 300 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın amacına yönelik verileri elde edebilmek için Lee G. Bolman ve Terence E. Deal (1991) tarafından geliştirilen Dereli (2003) tarafından Türkçeye uyarlaması yapılan ‘‘Liderlik Yönelim Anketi’’ kullanılmıştır. Çalışmaya katılan öğrencilere cinsiyet, bölüm, lisanslı olarak spor yapıyor musunuz ve branş gibi kişisel bilgi soruları sorulmuştur. Çalışma SPSS 22 istatistik paket programında yapılmıştır ve anlamlılık derecesi 0.05 olarak alınmıştır. İkili karşılaştırmalar da Independent-Samples T testi, çoklu karşılaştırmalarda ise One-Way Anova testi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmaya katılan öğrencilerin ölçeklere verdikleri cevaplara göre lisanslı olarak spor yapma ve cinsiyet durumlarında öğrencilerin liderlik düzeylerinde gruplar arasında anlamlı farklılık bulunmazken, bölüm ve branş değişkenlerinde öğrencilerin liderlik düzeylerinde gruplar arasında farklılık tespit edilmiştir.
Abstract
The study was conducted to examine the leadership orientation levels of university students according to their sporting status. The research group consists of a total of 300 students, 165 males and 135 females from Erciyes University Faculty of Sport Sciences during the 2018-2019 academic year. In order to obtain the data for the purpose of the research, developed by Lee G. Bolman and Terence E. Deal (1991), adapted to Turkish by Dereli (2003) ‘‘ Leadership Tendency Survey ’’ was used. The students who participated in the study were asked questions such as gender, department, licensed sports and personal information. SPSS 22 statistical package program was used and the significance level was taken as 0.05. Independent-Samples T test was used in paired comparisons and One-Way Anova test was used in multiple comparisons. According to the answers given by the students participating in the study, there was no significant difference between the groups in terms of leadership and sports in terms of doing sports under license, there was a difference between the groups in the leadership levels of the students in the department and branch variables.
