NEPOTİZMİN ÖRGÜTSEL SESSİZLİK VE İŞTEN AYRILMA NİYETİ ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİ

Özet
Amaç : Bu çalışmada, örgütlerde nepotizm uygulamalarının yol açtığı nepotizm algısının örgütsel sessizlik ve işten ayrılma niyeti üzerinde olan etkisinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır.Tasarım/Yöntem: Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemi dahilinde yapılandırılmış soru formları kolayda örnekleme ile Giresun ilinde faaliyet gösteren kamu kurumlarında ve özel sektörde çalışan 128 kişiye uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın modeli ve amacı doğrultusunda oluşturulan hipotezler, SPSS 23.0 istatistik programı kullanılarak güvenilirlik, T-testi, korelasyon analizleri ile test edilmiştir.Sonuçlar: Nepotizm, kamu ve özel sektör çalışanlarının örgütsel sessizlik düzeylerini etkilemezken, işten ayrılma niyetlerini arttırdığı görülmüştür.Özgün Değer: Nepotizmin örgütsel sessizlik ve işten ayrılma niyeti ile olan ilişkisinin yönünün ve seviyesinin belirlenmesinin, alanyazına katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir. Elde edilen bulgular, kamu ve özel sektörde uygulanan nepotizm davranışlarının olumsuz etkilerinin analiz edilmesine ve düzenleyici önlemler alınmasına olanak tanıyacaktır. Ayrıca alanyazında nepotizm kavramının örgütsel sessizlik ve işten ayrılma niyeti tutumları ile daha önce herhangi bir çalışmada ilişkilendirilmemiş olması çalışmanın özgün değerini oluşturmaktadır.
Abstract
Objective of the study: In this study, it was aimed to investigate the effect of nepotry perception on organizational silence and the intention to leave work in organizations caused by nepotry practices.Design and Methodolgy: The questionnaires structured in quantitative research method were applied to 128 people working in public institutions and private sector in Giresun province with easy sampling. The hypothesis based on the model and purpose of the study was tested by using SPSS 23.0 statistical program with reliability, t-test, choleration analysis.Findings: Nepotism has been shown to increase the intentions of dismissal while public and private sector employees could not influence the level of organizational silence.Originality: It is thought that determining the direction and level of nepotism's relationship with organizational silence and the intention to leave work will contribute to fieldwriting. The findings will enable the analysis of negative impacts of nepotrianism behaviour in the public and private sectors and the taking of regulatory measures. In addition, the concept of nepotrianism in the field literature is the original value of the study, which was not associated with organizational silence and the intention to leave work before.
