Özet
Evde hizmet sözleşmesi Türk Borçlar Kanunu ile getirilen yeni bir düzenlemedir. Evde hizmet sözleşmesinin tarafları işveren ve iş görme borcunu evde yerine getiren işçidir. İşçinin iş görme borcunu yerine getirirken özen borcuna uyması gerekir. İşveren ise, gerekli malzemeyi temin etmekle yükümlüdür.
Abstract
Home service contract is a new regulation brought in Turkish Act Of Obligations. The parties of the home service contract are the employer and the employee who performs the obligation at home. The employee should obey the duty of care when he performs the obligation. Also, the employer is under the liability of supplying the materials.
