Özet
Çalışmada, meslek yüksekokulu öğrencilerinin staj yeri seçimini etkileyen faktörlerin önem derecelerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Literatür taraması ve uzman görüşü ile staj yeri seçimini etkileyen kriterler belirlenerek hiyerarşi oluşturulmuştur. Kriterler ile oluşturulan anket formu, Erzincan Binali Yıldırım Üniversitesi’nde bulunan meslek yüksekokulu öğrencilerine uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen verilere, Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi yöntemi uygulanarak kriterlerin ağırlıkları belirlenmiştir. Sonuçlar, Maddi Kriterler ana kriterinin ve Stajyer Ücreti alt kriterinin en fazla ağırlığa sahip kriterler olduğunu göstermiştir. Son olarak çalışmanın kısıtlarından ve gelecek çalışmalar için önerilerden bahsedilmiştir.
Abstract
In this study, it is aimed to determine the importance of the factors affecting the choice of internship place of vocational school students. Hierarchy was formed by determining the criteria affecting the choice of internship place via literature review and expert opinion. The questionnaire, which was formed with the criteria, was applied to the students of vocational schools in Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University. The weights of the criteria were determined by applying Analytical Hierarchy Process method to the obtained data. The results showed that the main criteria of the Pecuniary Criteria and the Trainee Fee sub-criterion were the most weighted criteria. Finally, the limitations of the study and recommendations for future studies are mentioned.
