Özet
Günümüzde bilimsel bilginin önemi giderek artmakta vesağlık bakım uygulamaları hızla değişmektedir. Bu değişimortamında hemşirelerin etkin ve istendik sonuçları yakalayabilmeleri ancak inovasyon sürecini hemşirelik hizmetlerineentegre etmeleri ile mümkündür. İnovasyon sürecinin hem-şirelik hizmetlerine entegre edilmesi bakım kalitesinin artmasına ve sağlık bakım maliyetlerinin azalmasına katkısağlamaktadır. Ülkemizde hemşirelikte inovasyon son zamanlarda hız kazanmış olup sınırlı sayıda inovatif çalışmabulunmaktadır. Bu durum hemşirelikte inovatif uygulamaların gelişmeye gereksinimi olduğunu göstermektedir. Buderlemede hemşirelikte inovasyonun gerekliliğine ve önemine dikkat çekilmesi amaçlanmıştır.
Abstract
Nowadays, the importance of scientific knowledge is increasing and health care practices are changing rapidly. In thischange environment, it is possible for nurses to effective anddesired outcomes only if they integrate the innovation process into nursing services. Integrating of the innovationprocess into nursing services contributes to the improvementof the quality of care and to the reduction of health carecosts. Innovation in nursing has recently gained speed in ourcountry and there are limited number of innovative studies.This shows that innovative applications in nursing needimprovement. In this review, it is aimed to draw attention tothe necessity and importance of innovation in nursing.
