Özet
Nekrotizan fasiit, cilt altı ve fasyayı tutan ve hızlı ilerleyen derin doku enfeksiyonudur. Cerrahi müdahale ivedilikle yapılmazsa mortal bir seyir gösterebilir. Bu yazıda travma sonrasında NF gelişen ve çoklu organ yetmezliğiyle yoğun bakım ünitesine yatırılan bir vaka üzerinden NF tartışılacaktır.
Abstract
Necrotizing fasciitis is a rapidly progressive infection of subcutan and fascia. Urgent surgical intervention should bedone otherwise it can be mortal. Here, we are going to present a case who was internated into the intensive care unit dueto NF-induced multiple organ failure which developed after trauma, and then, we are going to have a discussion aboutNF
