Özet
Tedarik zinciri ve tedarikçi performansı işletmelerin hedeflerine ulaşmaları için kritik bir role sahiptir. 2019 yılı itibariyle yaşanan COVID-19 süreci ile yaşanan aksamalar işletmelerin zaman zaman ani tedarikçi değişimleri yapmalarını gerektirebilmektedir. Tedarikçi değişim sürecinde işletmeler tedarikçileri değerlendirmek için çeşitli performans göstergelerinden yararlanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada işletmelerin mevcut tedarikçi performanslarının ölçülebilmesi ve olası tedarikçi değişimlerine kullanabilecekleri anahtar performans göstergeleri TOPSIS yöntemi aracılığıyla değerlendirilmiştir.
Abstract
Supply chain and supplier performance play a critical role for businesses to achieve their goals. The disruptions experienced with the COVID-19 process as of 2019 may require businesses to make sudden supplier changes from time to time. In the supplier change process, businesses use various performance indicators to evaluate suppliers. In this study, the key performance indicators that businesses can use to measure their current supplier performance and potential supplier changes are evaluated through the TOPSIS method.
