İlk Menstrüasyon ve Ejakülasyon Deneyimi: Hazirlik Ön Yaşantilar ve Ön Bilgilerin Cinsel Tutum ve Davranışlarla İlişkisinin İncelenmesi

Özet

Bu çalışmanın amacı bir ortaöğretim kurumunda öğrenimine devam etmekte olan kız ve erkek öğrencilerin ilk menstrüasyon adet görme erkek öğrencilerin ilk ejakulasyon boşalma deneyiminin bazı cinsel tutum ve davranışlarla ilişkisinin incelenmesidir Bu amaç doğrultusunda bir anket formu oluşturulmuş ve toplam 473 öğrenciden 233’ü kız ve 204’ü erkek veri toplanmıştır Değişkenlerin analizi için frekans ve yüzde değerleri hesaplanmış; ki kare testi kullanılmıştır Elde edilen bulgulara göre kızların büyük bir çoğunluğu 62 13 14 yaşlarındayken ilk menstrüasyon; erkeklerin 92’si 14 yaş veya daha öncesinde ilk ejakulasyon deneyimlerini yaşamışlardır İlk yaşantılar esnasındaki duygular ile önceden hazırlıklı bilgili olma arasında anlamlı ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir Yine aynı şekilde kızların mensturasyona ilişkin halihazırdaki tutumları ve erkeklerin mastürbasyon davranışına ilişkin tutumları onların bu gelişmeyle ilişkili ön yaşantıları ile tutarlık göstermektedir Anahtar Kelimeler: Ergenler cinsel deneyim menstrüasyon ejakulasyon cinsel olgunlaşma

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the relation of some sexual attittudes and behaviours pertinent to the first experience of menstruation by the girls and ejacuation by the boys attending a high school A questionnaire was prepared to collect data and a total of 473 students participated in the study female 233 and male 204 The frequency and percentages related with the variables were calculated In addition cross tables were prepared and their significance level was also examined through chi square in the cross tables The findings showed that the majority of the girls experienced their first menstruation at 13 14 62 ; and the boys experienced their first ejaculation at 14 or prior to this age A significant difference was found between the feelings during the first experience and preparedness prior knowledge Correspondingly The girls’ already existing attitudes towards menstruation and the boys’ attitudes towards the masturbation behavior showed a positive correlation regarding their pre experience Key Words: Adolescents sexual experience menstruation ejaculation sexual maturation
