Değişime direnç ölçeğinin sağlık sektörü çalışanları üzerinde Türkçe geçerlik ve güvenirliğinin araştırılması

Investigation of Turkish validity and reliability of the resistance to change scale on health sector workers

Özet

Bu araştırmanın amacı, duygusal, niyetsel ve bilişsel boyutta değişime direnci ölçmek için geliştirilen ve Türkçeye uyarlaması yapılan Değişime Direnç Ölçeği’nin, sağlık sektörü çalışanları üzerinde geçerlik ve güvenirliğini sınamaktır. Metodolojik tipte gerçekleştirilen çalışma, Nisan 2018-Nisan 2019 arasında, sağlık hizmetlerinin uygulayıcısı konumunda olan bir il sağlık müdürlüğünün ana hizmet birimlerinde çalışan ve araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 600 kurum çalışanıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmaya ait veriler, “Kişisel Veri Formu” ve “Değişime Direnç Ölçeği”nin Türkçe uyarlaması kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Ölçek geçerliği açımlayıcı faktör analizi (AFA) ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi (DFA) ile güvenirliği Cronbach Alfa katsayısı hesaplanarak test edilmiştir. Değişime Direnç Ölçeği Cronbach Alfa güvenirlik katsayısı 0,949 olarak bulunmuştur. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda 3 boyuttan oluşan faktör yapısı doğrulanmış ve RMSA uyum kriterinin 0,079 kabul edilebilir seviyede olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Türkçeye uyarlanan Değişime Direnç Ölçeği, sağlık kurum ya da kuruluşlarında çalışan bireylerin duygusal, niyetsel ve bilişsel direnç algılarının tespit edilmesinde hem geçerli hem de güvenilir bir ölçüm aracıdır.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to test the validity and reliability of the Resistance to Change Scale, which was developed to measure resistance to change in emotional, intentional and cognitive dimensions and adapted into Turkish, on health sector workers. The methodological study was carried out between April 2018 and April 2019, with 600 institution employees working in the main and additional service units of a provincial health directorate, which is the implementer of health services, and who agreed to participate in the study. The data of the research were made using the Turkish version of the "Personal Information Form" and the "Resistance to Change Scale". The validity of the scale was tested with exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and its reliability was tested by calculating the Cronbach Alpha coefficient. The Cronbach Alpha reliability coefficient of the Resistance to Change Scale was found to be 0.949. As a result of confirmatory factor analysis, the factor structure consisting of 3 dimensions was confirmed and it was determined that the RMSA compliance criterion was at an acceptable level of 0.079. The Change Resistance Scale, adapted to Turkish, is both a valid and reliable measurement tool for determining the emotional, intentional and cognitive resistance perceptions of individuals working in health institutions or organizations.
