Özet
Özbiligi/Amaç: Van’ın Özalp ilçesinde bulunan bir veteriner kliniğine genel durum bozukluğu ve yaralanma şikâyetiyle getirilen German Shepherd cinsi bir erkek köpeğin ense kısmındaki yaranın muayenesinde 120 adet myiasis larvalarına rastlanılmıştır.Materyal ve Metot: Bu larvalar bulundukları yerlerden toplandıktan sonra ağız parçaları ve posterior stigmaları disekte edilmiştir. Bulgular ve Sonuç: Larvaların makroskobik ve mikroskobik incelenmesi sonucu Wohlfahrtia magnifica’nın 3. dönem larvaları oldukları saptanmıştır.
Abstract
Background/Aim:A male German Shepherd dog was brought to the veterinary clinics in Özalp country of Van with the complaint of the general state of disorder and injury. On examination, on the right nape of the dog, Myiasis larvae were found. Material and Method: One hundred and twenty larvae were collected and larval mouth parts and posterior stigmas were dissected. Results and Conclusion: Larvae were identified as third stage larva of Wohlfahrtia magnifica by result of macroscopic and microscopic examination.
