Özet
Eğitimdeki sismik değişimler okul liderlerini ve liderliğini daha stratejik konuma getirmiştir. Okul liderleri, yaptıkları işin ve dünyadaki değişimlerin doğasını anladıkları zaman daha başarılı olacaklardır. Salgın sürecinin de öğrettiği bir gerçek olarak geleceğin kestirilemezliği ve belirsizliği yıllardır etkili bir şekilde kullanılan farklı liderlik modellerini, okul temelinde, yeniden düşünmemizi gerektirmektedir. 2000’li yıllardan itibaren okul yöneticiliğinden eğitim lideri yetiştirmeye dönüşüm dikkat çekmektedir. Bu dönüşüme “Uygulamalı Okul Liderliği Okulu” başlığı altında teori ile uygulamayı bütünleştiren, vaka/gerçek örnek olaylara dayalı-bizzat katılımcılar tarafından senaryolaştırılan çözüm odaklı, sorun çözmeye dönük, birlikte öğrenme ve öğretme felsefesini benimsemiş bir okul lideri mesleki gelişim modeli ile katkı sağlamak istenmiştir.
Abstract
Seismic changes in education brought school leaders and leadership to a rather strategic position. School leaders will be more successful when they understand the nature of the work they do and the changes in the world. As a fact taught by the pandemic process, the unpredictability and uncertainty of the future require us to rethink different leadership models, which have been used effectively for years, on a school basis. Since the 2000s, the transformation from training school administrators to training education leaders draws attention. It is aimed to contribute to this transformation with a professional development model for school leaders that integrates theory and practice within the framework of "Practical School Leadership School" based on case/real-life example studies, scripted by the participants, solution-oriented, focusing on problem-solving and adopting the philosophy of learning and teaching together.
