Özet
Osmanlı’dan Cumhuriyet’e bir süreklilik arz eden modernleşme hareketleri süreçle beraber ülkede yeni fikir akımlarını doğurmuştur. Toplumu tedrici veyahut radikal yöntemlerle değiştirmeye yönelik bu fikirlerin takipçileri ile siyasal iktidar erki arasında karşı karşıya gelinme de bir süreklilik arz etmiştir. Bu nedenle ülke sathında muhalefet etmenin getirdiği birtakım siyasal imkânsızlıklardan dolayı ülke dışında düşünsel davalarını sürdürme yoluna gitmişlerdir. I. ve II. Meşrutiyet dönemlerinde olduğu gibi yurt dışında muhalefet etme geleneğinin Cumhuriyetin ilk yıllarından günümüze değin süren bir toplumsal olgu olduğu yadsınamaz bir gerçektir. Bu çalışmada bu tarihsel sürekliliğe örnek olarak Demokrat Parti döneminde ve başta Paris olmak üzere çeşitli Avrupa kentlerinde sol/komünizme dayanan fikirleri ile muhalefet etmiş olan İleri Jön Türkler Birliği hakkında bilgi verilecektir.
Abstract
Along with the process of the continuing modernization movements from the Ottoman Empire to the Republic gave birth to new ideas in the country. The confrontation also has a continuity between political power and followers of these ideas to change society in a frivolous or radical way. Therefore, due to some political impossibilities caused by opposition in the country, they went on to pursue intellectual cases outside the country. It is an undeniable fact that as in the I. and II. Constitutional period, the tradition of opposing abroad is a social phenomenon that has been going on day by day from the first years of the Republic. In this study, as an example of this historical continuity, information will be given about the Union of Progressive Young Turks opposing with the ideas based on left / communism mainly in Paris and other various European cities during the Democratic Party
