Özet

Bu çalışma ile süneye mücadelesinde ruhsatlı baazı insektisitlerle Cypermethrin, AlphaCypermethrin, Lambda- Cyhalothrin ve Deltamethrin bulaşık süne yumurtalarını parazitleyen Trissolcus semistriatus Nees Hymenoptera; Sceolinidae ’un canlı kalma oranlarına etkileri belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre, insektisitlerin ergin öncesi T. semistriatus'un canlı kalma oranına %80'lik bir etki gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. İnsektisitlerin laboratuvar koşullarında IOBC’ye göre sınıflandırılmasına göre M sınıf değeri aldığı orta derece zararlı olarak belirlenmiştir. İnsektisit ile bulaşık parazitli süne yumurtaları içerisindeki parazitoitler gelişimini sürdürdüğünü, parazitoitlerde ölümlerin yumurtadan çıkarken yumurta kabuğu ile teması sonucu meydana geldiği belirlenmiştir

Abstract

With this study, the survival rates of Trissolcus semistriatus Nees Hymenoptera; Sceolinidae , which have parasitized eggs with contaminated insecticides Cypermethrin, Alpha- Cypermethrin, Lambda- Cyhalothrin and Deltamethrin in the fight against ductility, were determined. According to the results obtained, it was found that insecticides had an 80% effect on the survival rate, parasitic power and life span of T. semistriatus before adulthood. According to the classification of insecticides according to IOBC under laboratory conditions, it was determined that it received M class value as a moderate pest . It was determined that the parasitoids in the insecticides, which are infected with insecticide, continue their development and that the deaths in parasitoids occur as a result of contact with the egg shell while hatching
