Özet
Selefi düşünce ve yansımaları, bir yandan din ve toplumla olan ilişkisi, diğer yandan güvenlik boyutu nedeniyle akademik, politik ve güvenlik alanlarının ilgi odağı olma özelliğini her zaman korumuştur. Her ne kadar selefi düşüncenin görünüm ve yansımaları toplumların özelliklerine ve güvenlik otoritelerinin tutumlarına göre bir toplumdan diğerine farklılık gösterse de, bu düşüncenin Türkiye Cumhuriyeti dâhil tüm Müslüman ülkelerde var olduğu bilinmektedir. Bu çalışma, Türkiye’de din ve dini eğitim hakkında özet bilgi vermekte, selefi düşüncenin ortaya çıkışı ve yansımaları ile devletin selefi akımlara karşı tutumunu konu almaktadır. Makalede selefiliğin doğuşu, gelişimi ve en bilinen selefi şahsiyetler gibi selefilik tarihi konularına yer verilmemiş, son yıllarda Türkiye’deki duruma odaklanılmıştır. Araştırma, selefi düşüncenin Türk toplumunda ne denli kabul gördüğünü ve devletin selefi akımlara karşı pozisyonunu ortaya koymaktadır.
Abstract
Salafi thought and its reflections have always been the center of attention of academic, political, and security fields due to its relationship with religion andsociety on the one hand, and its security dimension on the other. Although the outlook and reflections of the Salafi thought differ due to the characteristics of societies andthe attitudes of security authorities in these societies, this thought is known to be present in all Muslim countries, including the Republic of Turkey.This article gives an information summary about religion and religious education in Turkey and examines the emergence of the Salafi thought and its reflections andthe stance the state takes towards Salafi currents. The article does not touch upon the rise of Salafism and its development as well as other subject matters, such as thebest-known historical Salafi figures, but rather focuses only on its situation in Turkey in recent years. The research reveals the extent to which Salafi thought is accepted inTurkish society and the state’s position vis-a-vis Salafi movements.
