Özet
Yapıştırmalı bağlantıların dayanımının arttırılması, soyulma gerilmesi yoğunluğunun düşürülmesi ve kayma gerilmesinin bindirme yüzeyi boyunca daha homojen dağılımının sağlanması ile mümkündür. Çalışma kapsamında, basit bindirmeli bağlantıların dayanımını arttırmak amacıyla, kullanılan yaygın yöntemler açıklanmış ve en az iki farklı yapıştırıcının beraber kullanıldığı derecelendirilmiş yapıştırma çizgisi yöntemi olan hibrit yapıştırma bağlantısı detaylı olarak incelenmiştir. Hibrit yapıştırma bağlantısı, rijit yapıştırıcın bindirme uzunluğunun ortasında, sünek yapıştırıcının kenarlarda kullanıldığı bağlantı çeşididir. Hibrit yapıştırma düzenini kullanmanın, gerilme dağılımları üzerine etkisi, yapıştırıcı uzunluk oranlarının değiştirilmesi durumu için grafiksel olarak gösterilmiş, ayrıca, yaygın olarak kullanılan diğer yöntemlere göre bağlantı dayanımı yönünden üstünlükleri belirtilmiştir. Yöntemin uygulanma şekli detaylı olarak incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, hibrit yapıştırma düzenini kullanmanın, yapıştırıcı uzunluğu boyunca, özellikle rijit yapıştırıcının tekil olarak kullanıldığı duruma göre, kenarlarda soyulma ve kayma gerilmesi değerlerini önemli ölçüde azalttığı grafiksel olarak gösterilmiştir.
Abstract
Increasing the strength of adhesively-bonded joints is possible by reducing the peeling stress intensity and ensuring a more uniform distribution of shear stress along the adhesive bondline.In the study, the most common methods used to increase the strength of the single-lap joints were explained and the hybrid (bi-adhesive) bonding method was examined in detail, in which at least two different adhesives were used together along the overlap length. Hybrid bonding method is a kind of technique that rigid adhesive is located in the middle of the overlap length and the flexible one is at the both ends. The effect of using the hybrid bonding scheme on the stress distributions was shown graphically for varying the adhesive bond-length ratio. Also, the advantages of the method over the other commonly used methods were described in terms of the joint strength. Application steps of the method were studied in detail. As a result, it was graphically showed that using the hybrid adhesive-order along the overlap results in considerably decreased the peel and shear stress values at the edges, when compared to the mono bondline bonded with stiff adhesive only.
