İşletmelerde, performansın etkin olarak ölçülmesi ve dikkatli bir şekilde yönetilmesi gereklidir. Bu çalışmanınamacı, performans ölçümü ve yönetimi konusunda Türkiye’deki büyük sanayi işletmelerinin hangi durumda olduklarını belirlemektir. Çalışma, Türkiye’deki 500 Büyük Sanayi İşletmesindeki performans ölçüm ve yönetimuygulamaları ile ilgili bir anket çalışmasının sonuçlarını içermektedir
Abstract
The performance should be effectively measured and carefully managed in any type of organization. Aim of thestudy is to determine the performance measurement and management practices of the biggest Turkish manufacturing companies. The study includes the results of a survey on the implementation of performance measurement and management in the biggest 500 Turkish manufacturing companies
