Intracranıal aneurysm : A cause of subarachnoıd haemorrage ın chıldhood

Abstract

Aneurysmal dilatation of the cerebral vessels are rarely seen in childhood. In this paper we present a cerebral aneurysm caused by subarachnoid haemorrhage in a 9 year old boy. The rarety and the treatment of this pathology is discussed.
