Abstract

Three patients with Caroli’s disease are reported. Cholecystectomy for gallstone disease had been performed in two of the patients. Endoscopic retrograde cholangiography established the diagnosis. It is suggested that Caroli’s disease is a cause for presistent symptoms after cholecystectomy.
