Özet
Hz. Peygamber (s.a.s.)’in ashabından her bir sahabînin hayatı, hem İslâm’ın doğuş ve yayılış tarihine hem de Kur’ân ve sünnetin öğrenilmesi ve nakledilmesine ışık tutması bakımından önemini ve değerini koruyan bir konuma sahiptir. Yine sahabîlerin yaşadığı ve bir şekilde içinde bulunduğu İslâm coğrafyasına ait belde ve bölgelerde, insanlar sahabîleri unutmamış, adlarını ve hatıralarını yaşatmak suretiyle İslâm tarihindeki yerlerini ve rollerini asla göz ardı etmemiştir. İşte İslâm’ın ilk doğuş yıllarından itibaren Hz. Peygamber (s.a.s.)’in yanında yer alan ve Hz. Peygamber (s.a.s.)’in irtihalinden sonra da İslâm’ın fetih hareketleriyle yayılmasına öncülük etmiş olan sahabîlerden biri, Kilis ilinde asırlardır adı yaşatılan ve bilinen Şurahbil b. Hasene’dir. Dolayısıyla Kilis ilinde daha çok kendisine nispet edilen bir merkad veya makam sebebiyle, yöre halkı tarafından tanınan bir sahabî olması itibariyle bu çalışma, Şurahbil b. Hasene’nin hayatını, İslâm tarihindeki rolünü ve bir sahabî olarak hadis ilmindeki yerini araştırmayı hedeflemektedir.
Abstract
The life of every single companion of prophet Muhammed, known as Sahaba in Islam, has a significant place because of their contribution to the history of Islam (its emergence and enlargement) and to teaching and transferring of Quran and Sunnah. People in the Islamic cities and regions that sahaba had lived or stayed for a while, never forget the sahaba and cherish their memories with remembering role of sahaba in the history of Islam. One of the sahaba who supported prophet Muhammed during his life and after him helped to spread Islam through conquests is Shrahbil b. Hasnh who is well known for centuries in the province of Kilis. Therefore, this study aims to research Shrahbil b. Hasnh’s life and his role in the history of Islam and his position in the Hadith has studied, due to the fact that being a wellknown sahaba in the province of Kilis and having a memorial in there.
