Özet
Ülkemizde su-nem sorunlarından kaynaklanan pek çok yapısal hasarlar mevcuttur. Yapılara su ve nemin etkisi dış ortam ve iç ortam (kullanımdan kaynaklanan su-nem, yapı elemanlarının bünyesinde var olan nem) koşullarından kaynaklanmaktadır. Yapılan çalışma sonucunda boyalarda çiçeklenme, kabarma, şişme, cephede renk kirliliği, ahşap malzemede şişme, deformasyon, betonarme yapılarda parça kopması, donatı korozyonu vb. gibi yapı elemanlarında ciddi hasarlar sıklıkla görülmektedir.
Abstract
In our country, a lot of structural damages caused by water-moisture problems exists. Effect of the water and moisture is caused by the outdoor and indoor (the water and moisture depending on usage, the moisture existing as the content of the building elements) conditions. This work shows that serious damage to the building elements as bloom in the paint, blistering, swelling, color pollution at the front, swelling of the wood material, deformation, part breakage in reinforced concrete structures, reinforcement corrosion and so on, are frequently observed
