Abdullah Eyyûbî (1252/1856)’nin ‘Risale fî Kırâati’s-Seb’a ve’l-Aşera ve’t-Takrîb’ Adlı Eserinin Edisyon Kritiği/Literasyonu ve Değerlendirilmesi

Özet
Abdullah Eyyûbî (1176/1763–1252/1836), zamanın İstanbul Eyüp Sultan Cami-i baş imamlığı ve devrin/devletin Reîsü’l-kurrâ’lığı görevlerini yürütmenin yanı sıra Galatasaray Lisesi’nde de Kur’an dersleri veren bir İslâm âlimi idi. Adı geçen zatın söz konusu okulda hocalık yaptığı dönemde öğrencilerinin, kıraat farklılıkları hakkında kendisine yönelttikleri sorulardan hareketle ve onlara cevap mahiyetinde olmak üzere kaleme aldığı bu risâle, mahtût hâlde ve tek nüshadan ibarettir. Bir tür ders notlarını andıran bu çalışmada başlıca şu mevzular ele alınmıştır: Kur’an’ın indirilmesi, Mushaf hâline getirilmesi ve çoğaltılıp dağıtılması, Yedi Harf ile Yedi, On ve On Dört Kıraat meselesi, Kıraatlerin sıhhat ve kabul şartları, Kıraat İlmi’nin oluşum süreci, birikimi ve kavramlarına dair bazı bilgiler, Kur’an okuma adabı, tilâvet şekilleri ve hatim yapmaya ilişkin birtakım usuller. Bizim bu esere katkımız ise ana hatlarıyla şöyle belirtilebilir: Osmanlıca orijinal metni günümüz Türkçesine aktararak eserin daha iyi anlaşılmasına yardımcı olmak, sunuş ve sonuç yazılarıyla muhtevasını zenginleştirmek, gerek metin içi tanımlamalar gerekse dipnot açıklamalarıyla geniş açılımlar sağlamak, işlenen bahisleri bölüm ve kısımlara ayırarak onlara ana ve ara başlıklar koymak; böylece eseri teknik yönden daha sistematik hâle getirmek, bibliyografya eklemek ve nihayet araştırma yöntemlerine göre bir makale formatına sokarak onu okuyucunun istifadesine sunmak.
Abstract
Abd Allah Ayyuby (1176/1763–1252/1836) was an Islamic scholar in his period of time. He was a chief imam (prayer leader) in the Mosque Ayyub Sultan in Istanbul and also managed duty of Rais (Chief) al-Qurra in the government. Besides it, he taught Qur`an in Galatasaray High School and wrote a work that consists of his answers to his students about questions connected with differences of qiraat. The work that has been mentioned as a manuscript and consists of just one copy. The work including some notes, which resembles a kind of lecture notes, related to lessons deals with the following issues: Revelation of Quran and making it as a Mushaf and its reproduce and delivery; Seven Harf (Letters) with Seven, Ten and Fourteen issues in Qiraat; the acceptance principles and true of Qiraat, the formation process of the discipline Qiraat and accumulation about the discipline and some knowledge related to terms of it; Politeness in reading Quran and sorts of reading and some methods related to khatim. Our contributions to this work that above mentioned can be stated as following: We try to translate the original work that is in Ottoman language to Turkish to help understand the work better; one of the goal in this article is to supply the work to enrich its meaning with our introduction and conclusion related to it. To give the work the wide aspects we have made some definitions and footnote explanations in terms of article. Furthermore, during our study we have classified the topics as chapters and made some basic and subtitle in the work and in this manner we have systematized the work from the technical aspect and then by addition bibliography we have introduced the work as an article to readers.
