Özet
Bu makale, çalışan kadınların yaşamında son derece zararlı etkileri olabilen cinsel taciz konusunu ele almaktadır. Cinsel taciz, önemli psikolojik ve sosyal problemlere neden olan, cinsel yapıdaki istenmeyen davramşları kaplar. Cinsel tacizin hemşirelere etkisi, bunu deneyimleyen diğer kadınlarla aynıdır.
