Özet
Kadın yaşamında nıenarşta birlikte tüm üreme dönemi boyuneaşer alan ve çoğu zaman lokal olarak rnetabolize edilen prostoglandinler, obstetri ve jinekoloji alanında büyük bir yer tutmaktadır. Bu makalede: genel olarak prostogiandinleıin bulunduğu doku ve sıvılar ile etkide bulunduklan sisternler, ayrıca menstrüel sikius, gebeliğin oluşumu, gebeliğin sonlandınlması ile preeklarrıpsi J eklampsi'deki yeri üzerinde durulmuştur
