Özet
ÖZETAmaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, Ege Üniversitesi Hemşirelik Fakültesi öğrencilerinin tükenmişlik düzeylerini sosyo-demografik ve akademik değişkenler çerçevesinde incelemektir. Gereç-Yöntem: Toplam 722 öğrencinin katıldığı bu çalışmada, Schaufeli ve ark. (2002) tarafından geliştirilen ve Türkçe uyarlaması Çapri, Gündüz ve Gökçakan (2011) tarafından yapılan Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği-Öğrenci Formu (MTÖ-ÖF) kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde; Kolmogorov-Smirnof analizi, Kruskall Wallis, Mann Withney U korelasyon testleri kullanılmıştır. Bulgular ve Sonuç: Araştırmada öğrencilerin tükenmişliklerinin; cinsiyet, medeni durum ve yaşanılan yer değişkenlerinden etkilenmediği ancak, yaş grubundan, sınıf düzeyinden, ekonomik durumdan, herhangi bir ek işte çalışma durumundan, haftada görülen ders saatinden, not ortalamasından, bölüme kendi isteğiyle gelip gelmeme durumundan, bölümden memnuniyetten, kendi bölümüyle ilgili bir alanda çalışma durumundan, herhangi bir etkinliğe katılma durumundan, eğitim sisteminden memnuniyet ve eğitim ortamının fiziki koşullarından etkilendiği sonucuna varılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar çerçevesinde öğrencilerin tükenmişlik durumunun yaş ortalaması büyük, ekonomik durumunu kötü algılayan, herhangi bir işte çalışan, 3 ve 4. Sınıf, 30 saat ve üzeri ders gören, 2.50 ve altı not ortalamasına sahip, herhangi bir sosyal etkinliğe katılmayan, bölüme kendi isteğiyle gelmeyen, bölümünden memnun olmayan, bölümüyle ilgili bir alanda çalışmak istemeyen, bölümün eğitim sistemi ve eğitim ortamının fiziki koşullarından memnun olmayan gruptan kaynaklandığı saptanmıştır .Bu sonuçlar çerçevesinde tartışmalar yapılıp öneriler sunulmuştur.Anahtar Kelimeler: Tükenmişlik Sendromu, Hemşirelik, Öğrenci, Üniversite
Abstract
ABSTRACT Objective: The aim of this study is to examine the burnout levels of Ege University Faculty of nursing students’ within the framework of socio-demographic and academic variables. Methods: A total of 722 in this study, Maslach Burnout Inventory-Student Survey (MBI-SS) developed by Schaufeli et al. (2002) and adapted to Turkish by Çapri, Gündüz and Gökçakan (2011) was used. Kolmogorov-Smirnof analysis, Kruskal Wallis, Mann without U correlation tests were used in the analysis of data. Results and Conclusion: Burnout of students in research; however, it has been concluded that it is not affected by gender, marital status and displacement variables, but it is affected by age group, grade, economic status, status of working, weekly course hours, cumulative GPA, enthusiasm and willingness for entry into faculty, satisfaction of the department, willingness to become a nurse, participation in any social activity, satisfaction of education system and physical conditions of faculty. In terms of the results it has been derived from higher average age, lower economic situation, working status, being third and intern grade, weekly thirty and more hours lectures, having 2.50 and lower average grade point, participate in any social activity, unwillingness for entry into faculty and becoming a nurse. Within the framework of these results, discussions were made and recommendations were presented. Keywords: Burnout Syndrome, Nursing, Student, University
