Özet

Bu çalışma ile satın alma süreçlerinin incelenmesi ve bu sürecin ihale oyunları kapsamındaki bilgi ve birikimler ile entegre bir şekilde ele alınması amaçlanmaktadır. Satın alma süreci ile ilgili usul ve esaslar ile süreçte yaşanabilecek aksaklıklar, satın alma sürecinin tasarlanması ve yürütülmesi gibi konular için ihtiyaç duyulan gereklilikler ele alınıp incelenecek ve bu sürecin oyun teorisi içindeki ihale oyunları bilgi ve birikimi ile katılımcıların optimum faydayı sağlaması için entegre bir analiz çalışması yapılacaktır. İhale oyunları ile elektrik piyasalarında faaliyet gösteren iki oyuncunun piyasadaki talep değişimleri ve üretim miktarlarına bağlı olarak elde edecekleri kazançları rakiplerinin stratejilerine bağlı olarak optimum seviyede tutmaları için uygulamaları gereken stratejiler incelenecek ve en uygun stratejiye ulaşmak için Nash dengesi bilgi ve yöntemleri kullanılacaktır.

Abstract

In this study, it is aimed to examine the purchasing processes in an integrated manner with the knowledge and knowledge within the scope of auction games. The procedures and principles for purchasing process and the requirements that are needed for issues such as problems may occur in the process. Design and execution of the purchasing process are discussed and examined. In this process, a study is examined to ensure the optimum benefit of the participants, and integrated with the of auction games. The savings of the two players operating in the electricity markets are studied based on the changes in the market demand and the amount of production based on their competitors' strategies. Nash equilibrium and methods are used to reach the most appropriate strategy.
