Özet

Splenozis dalak dokusunun heteretopik ototransplantasyonudur. Genellikle travma ile dalağın rüptürü veya splenektomi sonrası görülür. Çoğunlukla şikayete sebep olmaz vetesadüfen tespit edilir. Ayırıcı tanıda malign kitlelerle karışır.Bu yüzden kesin teşhisi önemlidir. Bu yazımızda mide duvarında yerleşen ve mide karsinomunu taklit eden splenozisolgusunu sunuyoruz.

Abstract

Splenosis is a heterotypic autotransplantation of splenic tissue.It usually results from posttraumatic rupture of the spleen orsplenectomy. It is typically asymptomatic and is often detectedincidentally. It may also be confused with malignant masses ondifferential diagnosis. For this reason, a definitive diagnosis iscritical. We present a case of splenosis located on the stomachwall that mimicked a gastric tumor.
