Özet

Doğum sonrası gelişen hematomlar içinde retroperitoneal bölgede gelişenler nadir görülür ve hayatı tehtid eden ciddi komplikasyonlara yol açabilir. Bu hastalara konservatif veya cerrahi tedavi uygulanabilir. Sunduğumuz vakada normal doğum sonrası sağ parametriyel bölgede yaklaşık 140*80*136 mm çapında hematom gelişti. Hematom boyutunda artış olmadığından konservatif olarak tedavi edildi. Takipte herhangi bir komplikasyon gelişmeden hematom rezorbe oldu. Bu vaka nedeniyle obstetrik hematomlara yaklaşım literatür bilgileri eşliğinde değerlendirildi.

Abstract

Retroperitoneal hematomas are the least common of the pelvic hematomas but are the most dangerous and may cause serious complications. Expectant and surgical manegement can be performed to these patiens . In our case, approximately 140*80* 130 mm diameter hematoma was developed in right parametrial region. She was treated expectantly due to not enlargement of the hematoma size. Hematoma absorbed spontaneously without any complication. Because of this case, obsetrical hematoma management is undertaken into discussion.
