Özet

Bu araştırmada, Turist Rehberliği Kurs Yönetmeliklerinde yer alan derslerin mevcut rehberlik bölümlerinde okutulan mesleki derslerin şekillenmesindeki payı araştırılmış, yönetmelikler ve okul müfredatları gibi doküman analiziyle elde edilen nitel veriler analitik tümevarım yöntemiyle analiz edilmiş ve farklı tarihlerde çıkarılan yönetmeliklerin önlisans, lisans ve yüksek lisans müfredatları üzerindeki etkisi ortaya konulmuştur. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, 1986 tarihinde çıkarılan Tercüman Rehber Kurs Yönetmeliği’nde yer alan 14 ders, 1990’lı yıllarda açılmaya başlanan iki ve dört yıllık turist rehberliği bölümlerindeki; 2014 tarihli son yönetmelik ise 2015 yılından sonra açılanan tezsiz yüksek lisans programlarında okutulan müfredatlardaki mesleki dersleri şekillendirmiştir. 1986 ve 2014 yönetmeliklerinde yer alan dersler ise 1971 tarihli ilk yönetmelikte yer alan derslerle büyük ölçüde benzerdir. Böylece, 1971 tarihli ilk Tercüman Rehber Kurs Yönetmeliğinin, önce önlisans ve lisans, ardından da yüksek lisans seviyesindeki programlar olmak üzere mevcut müfredatların şekillenmesinde belirleyici bir rol oynadığı görülmüştür.

Abstract

This study examines the part taken by classes included in the legal regulations of tourist guidance training courses in shaping the vocational classes taught at the current tourist guidance programs; analyzes applicable qualitative data collected through document analysis, such as regulations and higher education curricula, using the analytic induction method; and reveals how regulations promulgated at different dates have affected associate's degree, undergraduate, and graduate curricula. According to the results of the research, the 14 classes that appear in the 1986 Legal Regulations of the Interpreter and Tourist Guide Training Course shaped vocational classes of the two- and four-year guiding programs initiated in the 1990s; while the most recent regulations, dated to 2014, shaped classes taught as part of non-thesis gradute curricula, which were introduced after 2015. The classes included in the 1986 and 2014 regulations are, in turn, largely similar to those in the first regulations, dated to 1971. It has therefore been determined that the 1971 Legal Regulations of the Interpreter and Tourist Guide Training Course played a decisive role in the shaping of the current curricula, namely, associate's degree and undergradute programs followed by graduate ones.
