Özet
Giriş ve Amaç: Bornova Acil Yardım ve Travmatoloji Hastanesinde çalışmakta olan 48 doktor ve 130 sağlık personelinde HbsAg ve Anti-HBs taraması yapılmış ve diğer çalışmalarla uyumu araştırılmıştır, Gereç yöntem: Örnekler İzmir Hıfzıssıhha Enstitüsü Bölge Müdürlüğü Viroloji Laboratuarında Uniform Mikro Elisa yöntemiyle incelenmiş, veriler SPSS 6,0 İstatistik paket programıyla değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular ve Sonuç: Tüm personel arasında HBsAg oranı % 2,64, Anti HBs oranı ise % 14,60 bulunmuştur. Doktorlar arasındaki HBsAg oranı ise % 2,08, Anti HBs % 6.33 bulunmuştur.
Abstract
Purpose: In this cross-sectional descriptive study the personnel in Bornova Emergency and Traumatology Hospital were screened for HbsAg and Anti HBs levels, Methods: Blood samples were analyzed in Virology Laboratory of Izmir Hifzissihha Institude by Uniform Micro Elisa technique and data was analyzed by SPSS 6.0 statistic program, Results and Conclusion: The HBsAg rate is % 2.64, Anti HBs rate is 14.60. The HBs Ag rate among doctors is % 2.08, the Anti HBs rate is 6,33.
