Özet

Konfüzyon ve deliryum tifonun sık nöropsikiyatrik komplikasyonlarıdır. Diğer nöropsikiyatrik komplikasyolar oldukça nadirdir. Bu bildiride üst motor nöron tutulumu (spastisite) ve nadiren bildirilmiş diğer bir tutulum olan simetrik sensorimotor polinöropati ile komplike olmuş 18 yaşında bir erkek tifo olgusu sunulmuştur

Abstract

Confusion and delirium are common neuropsychiatrie complications of typhoid fever. Other neuropsychiatrie compli-cations are quite rare. In this report, an 18-year-old male case of typhoid fever complicated with upper motor neuron involvement (spasticity) and a rarely reported symmetrical sensorimotor neurophathy is presented.
