Özet

Detektörlerin cevap fonksiyonlarının elde edilmesinde yaygın olarak kullanılan yöntemlerden biri Monte Carlo benzetişim yöntemidir. Bu çalışmada yüzey engelli katıhal detektörünün Tl-204 ' den yayınlanan betalar için cevap fonksiyonu Monte Carlo benzetiyim yöntemi ile incelenmiştir. Monte Carlo hesapları için belirlenen kaynak-detektör geometrisinde deneysel sonuçlar alınmış ve Monte Carlo benzetişim yöntemi ile elde edilen sonuçlarla karşılaştırılmıştır.

Abstract

One of the methods, generally used for obtaining detector response functions is Monte Carlo simulation method. The response function for betas emitted from Tl-204 surface barrier detector was studied with Monte Carlo simulation method. The experimental results were obtained in source-detector geometry determined for Monte Carlo calculations. The results were compared with the results obtained by Monte Carlo simulation method.
