Sekte ve Kırâat İlmindeki Yeri

Özet

Sekte kelimesi, sözlük ve terim anlamıyla çeşitli alanlarda farklı anlamlarda kullanılmaktadır. Terim- sel anlamıyla meşhur olduğu alan ise kıraat ilmidir. Dolayısıyla bu çalışmada “sekte ve kıraat ilminde- ki yeri” konusu ele alınmaktadır. Çünkü sektenin mahiyet itibarı ile ne olduğu, hangi alanlarda ne anlamda kullanıldığı, bir tecvid kaidesi olarak kıra- at ilmindeki kullanımı, kıraat imamlarınca nasıl ve nerelerde uygulandığı, uygulanma gerekçeleri ve bu gerekçelerin ne kadar tevkîfî olup olmadığı gibi hususların belirlenmesi, önem arz etmektedir. Bütün bu tespitler sektenin mahiyetini ve kıraat ilmindeki yerini gündeme getirmektedir. Bu nedenle çalışma- da sektenin ne olduğu ve kıraat ilmindeki yerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışmamızda tespit, tahlil ve değerlendirme yöntemi uygulanmıştır. Bu bağlamda öncelikle sek- te kelimesinin etimolojisi, yakın ve zıt anlamlıları, sektenin Kur’an’da, hadislerde, dilde, tefsirlerde, fıkıhta, kıraatte ve tecvitteki kullanımı ele alınmış- tır. Sektenin kıraat ilmindeki yerini belirlemek için sektenin uygulandığı yerler, uygulanma nedenleri ve delilleri, ayrıca tevkîfilik açısından durumu incelen- miştir. Daha çok vakf ile ilgili olması nedeniyle hâ-i sekt ve kıraat ilmindeki uygulamalarının neler oldu- ğu konusu bu makaleye dâhil edilmemiştir.

Abstract

The word saktah is used in different meanings, in various fields, in terms of its lexical and term ba- sed connotations. The field, in which it is famous in the terminological sense, is the science of qiraat. Therefore, the subject of “saktah and its place in the science of qiraat” is discussed in this study because it is important to determine the issues such as what saktah is in terms of its nature, in which areas and in what sense it is used, its use in the science of qi- raat as a tajvid rule, how and where it is performed by the qiraat imams, the reasons for its performan- ce, and whether these reasons are tewkifi or not. All these determinations bring up what saktah is and its place in the science of qiraat. For this reason, it is aimed in this study to determine what saktah is and its place in the science of qiraat. Detection, analysis and evaluation methods were applied in the study. In this context, firstly, the ety- mology of the word saktah, near-synonym and an- tonyms of it, the use of saktah in the Qur’an, ha- diths, language, tafsir, fiqh, qiraat and tajweed are discussed. In order to determine the place of saktah in the science of qiraat, the places where saktah is performed, the reasons and evidences of its perfor- mance, as well as its situation in terms of tawkifism have been examined. Since it is mostly related to the wakf, the subject of hâ-i sakt and its performances in the science of qiraat is not included in this article.
