Azerbaycanʼın Sovyetleştirilmesi sürecinde Karabağ problemi

Özet

Makalede Karabağ probleminin ortaya çıkışı, Karabağ Tarihi, Çarlık Rusya ve onun Kafkasya’yı işgali irdelendiği gibi, aynı zamanda Çarlık Rusya’nın İran ve Osmanlı devletleri ile Bölge üzerinde yaptığı savaşlar ve bu savaşlar akabinde yapılan antlaşmalar geniş bir şekilde irdelenerek yazılmıştır. Buna ek olarak Karabağ Hanlığı döneminde bölgenin jeo-politik ve jeo-stratejik konumuna da değinilmiştir. Çarlık Rusya’nın sözkonusu hanlığı kendine bağlamasından Bolşevik devrimine kadarki süreçte Azeriler ile Ermeniler arasında devam eden toprak anlaşmazlığı da kronolojik olarak yazılmıştır. Bolşevik devriminden Rusya’nın Azerbaycan’ı işgal tarihi olan 27 Nisan 1920’ye ve Dağlık Karabağ’a özerklik verilmesine kadar olan süreç en ince ayrıntısına kadar incelenmiştir. Son olarak da Mihail Gorbaçov’un hakimiyet kurması ve onun döneminde Rusya genelinde ortaya çıkan problemler, devletin çökmeye doğru gitmesi, Glastnost ve Prestroyka’nın ilanı, Azerbaycanın Bağımsızlık kazanması ve akabinde yine Bakü ve Karabağ’da Ermeniler tarafından gerçekleştirilen katliamlar ele alınmıştır.

Abstract

In the article, as examined the emergence of the problem of Karabakh, the Karabakh History, Tsarist Russia and its invasion of the Caucasus, at the same time it has been examined in details and extensively written that the invasion of the Caucasus states as well as Tsarist Russia, Iran and the Ottoman Empire and its wars and the wars over the region and the treaties which have been made subsequently. In addition, the period of the Karabakh Khanate geo-political and geo-strategic position of the region are also mentioned. It has been investigated and written in this article in every single details of the issue of the Tsarist Russia’s after its linkage of the above mentioned Khanate until Bolshevik revolution within the process of the ongoing territorial dispute between Armenians and Azeri’s has been discussed in chronological order as well. Bolshevik revolution in Russia in Azerbaijan on the occupation of the Nagorno-Karabakh from April 27 until 1920 and after the granting of autonomy, it has been written all these to the finest detail by examining the process. Finally, M. Gorbachev and his period of presidency to come across the problems in Russia, the progress of the state to collapse, and the declaration of Prestroyka and Glastnost , and subsequently Azerbaijan’s gaining of independence, again the issue of the massacres held by Armenians in Baku and Karabakh is discussed.
