Anksiyete düzeyi ve tonik elektrodermal aktivite (eda) arasındaki ilişkinin farelerde incelenmesi

Özet

Elektrodermal aktivite (EDA) ve psikofizyolojik test skorları arasındaki ilişki ile ilgili deney hayvanlarında ve insanlarda az sayıda çalışma yapılmış ve elde edilen sonuçlar da çelişkili olarak bulunmuştur. Bu nedenle yapılan çalışmada anksiyete skorları, yükseltilmiş labirent ile ölçülen 29 adet farede tonik EDA incelenmiştir. Tonik EDA deri iletkenlik ünitesi ve analog dönüştürücüm PC ile kaydedilmiştir. Yapılan korelasyon testine göre, deri iletkenlik seviyesi (SCL) değerleri ile anksiyete skorları (açık kola girme ve açık kolda kalma süresi) arasında negatif ilişki bulunmuştur. Sonuçlarımız, anksiyete seviyesi yükseldikçe, deri iletkenlik seviyesinin arttığını destekleyen bulgular ile uyum içerisindedir.

Abstract

There ar e few studies on the relationship between electrodermal activity and behavioral test scores, and the results obtained from these studies are inconsistent. Tonic electrodermal activity was studied to correlate the anxiety scores with skin conduclance level in 29 mal e swiss albino mice. Skin conduclance level was recorded using constant voltage method. Tonic electrodermal activity was recorded using the skin conductance unil and a PC with analog digi-tal-converter. Anxiety scores of mice were obtained from the elevated plus-maze test. Skin conduclance levels were negatively correlated with anxi-ety scores (time spent for entering to and staying on the öpen arm). Our results are consislent with thefindings which suggest t hat the SC level incre-ases proporlionally with the anxiety level.
