Etkili Okul ve Nitelikleri

Özet

Bu çalışmada, etkili okulun birey ve toplumun gereksinim duyduğu çağdaş ve nitelikli bir eğitim-öğretimin verilmesindeki rolünün ve öneminin vurgulanması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla önce okulun, birey ve toplum açısından yaşamsal öneme sahip örgütlerden biri olduğu belirtilmiş, daha sonra etkili okulun tanımı ve nitelikleri bu alanda yapılmış araştırma bulgularından faydalanılarak açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonunda ise etkili okulun önemli temel faktörleri tanımlanmıştır.

Abstract

In this paper, it has been aimed to emphasize that effective school has a great importance and role to give a qualified and contemporary education which individual and this purpose, at first it has been determined that school is one of the most important organisations which has a vital importance for both individual and society. Afterwards the definition and qualities of effective school have been tried to be explained by making use of the findings of the research made in this field. At the end of the paper, however, the important basic factors comprising the effective school liave been defined.
