Peygamberin (s.a.v) Hadislerine dayanmaktadır.
Abstract
Ekmaluddin Bâbertî who was one of the representatives of theHanafî sect in Egypt had expounded both of the Wasiyye attribut- ed to Abû Hanife and the creed of Tahâvî the perfect article ofHanefî schoole. But there are two importent differences betweenthese articles about the believe and the power to act for man.We try to get out how Bâbertî reconciles these contarvery viewsas a Hanafî scholar. But it will be seen that the problem has beenunsolwed as it was up today. Because Bâbertî had explained theseproblems in accordance with the feature of tehese articles. It is amatter of fact that the views of Tahâvî on these problems aremore undersatndable from the other one in respect of the expla- nations of Bâbertî. Because Tahâvî had deduced his creed, in gen- eral, from the Quran and the Traditions of the Prophet (peace beup on Him).
