Özet

İşletmelerin içinde bulunduğu yoğun rekabet ortam ı gün geçtikçe şiddetini arttırmaktadır. B u ortam da işletm elerin faaliyetlerini sağlıklı bir şekilde devam ettirebilmeleri, bilgiyi ve bilgi teknolojilerini etkin kullanmalarına bağlıdır. İçinde bulunduğumuz çağa da adını veren "bilgi" , işletmeler için en önem li sermayelerden birisidir. Bilgi çağında bilginin önemini anlayan ve bu bilgileri, bilgi sistemleri aracılığıyla aktif olarak kullanabilen işletmeler başarılı olacaktır.Bu çalışma ile am açlanan işletme yönetim inin aldığı kararlarda muhasebe bilgi sisteminin ve muhasebe bilgilerinin önemine dikkat çekmektir.B u çalışm ada m uhasebe bilgi sisteminin işletme yönetim i tarafından alınan kararlar üzerindeki etkileri araştırılmış ve m uhasebe bilgi sistemini etkin kullanm anın işletmelere sağlayacağı faydalar üzerinde durulmuştur. Bartın ilinde faaliyet gösteren K O B İ'ler üzerinde yapılan anket çalışması ile işletm elerin muhasebe bilgi sistemleri incelenmiş, işletme yöneticilerinin m uhasebe bilgilerine verdikleri önem düzeyleri ölçülmeye çalışılmış ve işletme yöneticilerinin m uhasebe bilgi sistemi tarafından üretilen m uhasebe bilgilerinden yararlanıp yararlanmadıkları tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır.

Abstract

The intensive com petitive atmosphere that the enterprises are faced w ith increases its severity day b y day. In this environment, enterprises can sustain their operations efficiently depending on their use o f inform ation and inform ation technologies effectively. The "inform ation" w hich gives its name to the era we are in, is one o f the m ost important capitals for enterprises. importance o f inform ation and use this inform ation through inform ation systems will be successful In this study, the effects of accounting information system on the decisions taken by the administration of an enterprise are examined and the benefits of using accounting information system for enterprises are handled. The accounting information systems of enterprises are examined, the level of importance assigned by the administrators of enterprises to accounting information is measured, and whether or not the administrators of enterprises make use of the accounting information provided by accounting information system is determined through a questionnaire carried out on the SMEs operating in Bartın.
