Özet
Trakeobronşial rüptürler nadir fakat hayatı tehdit eden olaylardır.Trafik kazası nedeniyle künt travmaya maruz kalan ve 4 hafta sonra sol akciğerde total atelektazi gelişen 16 yaşındaki erkek hastaya yapılan bronkoskopide sol ana bronşta total fibrotik oklüzyon gözlendi. Sol posterolateral torakotomi ile bronş tamir edildi. Postoperatif dönemde ciddi bir komplikasyona rastlanmadı. Geç tanı konulup başarılı cerrahi tedavi ile şifa sağlanan total bronşiyal rüptürlü bir olguyu nadir görülmesi nedeniyle sunmayı uygun bulduk.
Abstract
Tracheobronchial ruptures are rare but life threatening events. A 16-year-old man who developed a total atelectasis of left lung after four weeks following a blunt trauma in a motor vehicle accident. Bronchoscopy demonstrated a total fibrotic occlusion of the left main bronchus was repaired by left posterolateral thoracotomy. The postoperatif period was without serious complications. We presented here a rare case with total bronchial rupture which diagnosed subsequently but repaired successfully.
