Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, Türkiyedeki Koro Şeflerinin Dönüşümcü ve Etkileşimci Liderlik Davranışları nı incelemekve hangitür liderlik davranışlarını benimsediklerini belirlemeye çalışmaktır.Araştırmadabetimseltaramamodelikullanılmıştır.Verilerintoplanmasıamacıyla koroşeflerine ÇokFaktörlüLiderlikAnketi(5x-Kısa) MultifactorLeadershipQuestionnaire 5x-short(MLQ) (BassveAvolio,1995)uygulanmıştır.Araştırmaya118Kadınve97Erkek olmaküzeretoplam215koroşefikatılmıştır.VerilerSPSS20.0(StatisticalPackageforSocial Sciences)programıileanalizedilmiştir.Verilerinanalizinde BağımlıİkiÖrnekt-Testi(Paired- Samplest-Test) kullanılmıştır.Araştırmasonucundaeldeedilenbulgularagöre;Türkiyede koroşefleriningenelolarakdönüşümcüliderlikdavranışlarınıbenimsediklerianlaşılmıştır.
Abstract
This study aimed at examining theTransformational Leadership and TransactionalLeadership Behaviors of Choir Conductors in Turkeyand determining various kinds ofleadership behaviors the conductors adopted. Descriptive survey model was employed toreceive responses of the conductors. . The questionnaire technique was used for datacollection and utilized the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire 5x-short (MLQ) ( Bass Bassand Avolio, 1995). A total of 215 choir conductors participated in the study and recorded their responses to various questions in the questionnaires. These participant conductorsincluded 118 females and 97 males. Data were analyzed by the SPSS 20.0 (Statistical Packagefor Social Sciences) software program and Paired-Samples t-Test. According to the researchfindings; it was revealed that the choir conductors in Turkey adopt transformationalleadership behaviors.
