Özet

Bu çalışmanın amacı; sonlu elemanlar yöntemi kullanılarak mandibular 1. molar dişte porselen ve double-inley restorasyonların dişlerde oluşturduğu stresleri incelemektir. Bu amaçla modelde 11.sınıf kavite preparasyonu oluşturuldu. Çalışmada mandibular 1.molar dişde porselen ve double-inley uygulaması ve dişin doğal durumu incelendi. Model üzerinde 6 değişik grupta santral fossadan ve cusp tepesinden uygulanan 60 kg kuvvet altında oluşan stres değerleri SAP 90 stres analiz programı kullanılarak incelendi. Santral fossadan yük uygulandığında double-inley ve porselen restorasyonda doğal dişe oranla stres değerinin düştüğü bulgulandı. Cusp tepesinden dişe yük uygulamasında da porselen ve double-inley restorasyonların doğal dişe oranla stres değerinin azaldığı gözlendi

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analysis the stress on the porcelain inlay and double-inlay applied first mandibular molar teeth by finite element stress analysis. For this purpose class II cavities were prepared. In the study porcelain and double-inlay application on mandibular first molar teeth were examined. On the model the stress values of 6 different groups of central fossa and top of cusps were investigated with the SAP 90 stress analysis method. The stress value found to be decreased on double-inlay and porcelain restorations when load is applied on the central fossa in comparison to the natural teeth. When the load is applied on the top of the cusp, the stress was found to be decreased in porcelain and double-inlay restorations in comparison to the natural teeth
