Özet

Amaç: Ollier hastalığına eşlik eden düşük dereceli astrositom nadirdir. Üç yıldır takip edilen bir vakayı sunuyoruz. Bulgular: Hasta iki yıllık izlemden sonra ameliyat edildi. Tümör tama yakın çıkartıldı. Sonuç: Öncelikli olarak iskelet sistemini tutan hastalık olmasına rağmen, Oilier hastalığına merkezi sinir sistemi tümörleri de eşlik edebilir. Bu olguların rutin izlemi beyin görüntülemesini de içermelidir.

Abstract

Objective and Importance: Ollier's disease associated with low grade astrocytoma is rare. We describe a case with three years follow up. Intervention: The patient was operated on for her mass lesion after two years' follow up. The tumor was subtotally removed. Result: Ollier's disease, which primarily affects the skeletal system, may be associated with central nervous system tumors. Radiological examination of the cerebrum must also be included in the routine follow-up of these patients.
