Abstract

In this paper, ratification of Kyoto Protocol and its adaptation to national law in Turkey are generally examined. In this context, provisions of Kyoto Protocol, regarding protection of the environment and the question to what extent regulations in Turkish law correspond to these provisions are discussed.
