Özet

Bu çalışmada 1992-1993 yılı kuzulama döneminde Samsun Veteriner Kontrol ve Araştırma Enstitüsü'ne bağlı illerden (Sivas, Tokat, Amasya, Çorum, Sinop, Ordu) ilçe ve köylerinden tesadüfi örnekleme ile aşılama öncesi (1-3 aylık) kuzulardan 1100 adet kan örneği alındı. Önce hepsine RBPT uygulandı. Bu serum örneklerinden 140 tanesi hemolizli olduğu için SAT ve Rivanol Testinde sadece 960 kan örneği kullanıldı. Adı geçen her üç test ile yapılan muayenelerde müspet reaksiyona rastlanmadı.

Abstract

In this study, during the lambing season of 1992-1993, from the different provinces (Sivas, Tokat, Amasya, Çorum, Sinop, Ordu) which are the research area of Samsun Veterinary Control Research Institute and from their town and villages, through random samples before vaccination, 1100 blood samples of lambs (1-3 months old) were taken. First of all, RBPT was applied to all of them. As 140 of these serum samples have hemolysis, in SAT and Rivanol Test only 960 blood samples were used. During the treatment done with each of these three tests, and positive reactions weren't met.
