Özet

Bu çalışmada, Konya Bölgesinde atık yapan 58koyun fetusunun mide içeriğini ve iç organlardan etken lasyonuna çalışıldı. Toplam 58 örneğin 3 Tinden (%53.4) Bruc melitensis, 13'ünden (%22.4) Campylobacter fetus ve 4'ütı (%6.9) Salmonella abortus ovis izole edilirken 10 örnel (%17.2) etken izolasyonu başarılamadı. Br. melitensis 16 M, C. fetus ve S. abortus c karşı tavşanlarda hazırlanan anti serumlarla adsorbe edilerek zırlanan Stafılokokal Koaglutinasyon reajantı kullanılarak, atıl tuşların mide içeriğinden etken teşhisine çalışıldı. Koaglutinasyon testinde; Br. melitensis izole ed 31 örneğin 19'u (%61.3) Brucella reajantı ile pozitif bulunurl 8'i (%25.8) her üç reagant ile de negatif bulundu. C. fetus i: edilen 13 örneğin 12'si (%92.3) Campylobacter reajantı ile po bulunurken 1'i tüm reajantlar ile de negatif bulundu. S. abc ovis izole edilen 4 örneğin 4'ü de (%100) Salmonella reaganl pozitif bulundu. Bakteri izole edilemeyen 10 örneğin, 2'si Brucelli agantı, 2'si Campylobacter reagantı ve 1'i Salmonella reagant pozitif bulunurken, 5'i (%50) koaglutinasyon testlerinin tümt negatif idi. Kimi örneklerde değişik derecelerde kros aksiyonlara da rastlanıldı.

Abstract

In this study, bacterial isolations from stomach contents and livers of the 58 aborted sheep fetuses were, performed and Coagglutination tests were also done with stomach contents of aborted fetuses. Brucella melitensis was isolated from 31 (53.4%) samples, Campylobacter fetus was isolated from 13 (22.4%) samples, and Salmonella abortus ovis (6.9 %) was isolated from 4 samples, from the rest 10 (17.2%) samples no bacteria was isolated. Stapylococcal coaglutination reagents were prepared with killed and stained Stophylococcus aureus Cowan I cultures to adsorbeng hyperimmune sera prepared seper-ately against to Br. melitensis 16 M strain, C. fetus and S. abortus ovis strains, separetly, at rabbits. Each coaglutination reagent was. used for early diagnosis of each infection from stomach content of aborted fetus by slide agglutination test In the Coaglutination tests, while 19 (61.3 %) of the 31 brucella isolated samples were found to be positive with Brucella coaglutination reagent, 8 samples were negative with three reagents. But cross reactions were seen at different degree by campylobacter coagglutination (16 samples) and Salmonella coagglutination (11 samples) reagents. 12 (923%) of the 13 campylobacter isolated samples were positive with Campylobacter coagglutination reagent All of 4 salmonella isolated samples (100 %) were positive with Salmonella reagent Five of the 10 bacterial isolation negative samples not isolated bacteria were also gave negative reaction by all coagglutination reagents, but 2 were positive with Brucella reagent, 2 were positive with Campylobacter reagent and 1 was positive with Salmonella reagent.
