Ege Bölgesi’ndeki Sakin Şehirler Üzerine Çevrimiçi Bir Araştırma: TripAdvisor Örneği

Özet

İtalya’da ortaya çıkan “cittaslow” kavramı, Türkiye’de de yaklaşık son 10 yıldır özellikle turizm sektörü ve alanda yapılan akademik çalışmalarda oldukça adı geçen bir kavram haline gelmiştir. Bu doğrultuda, araştırmanın amacı; Türkiye’de Ege Bölgesi’nde yer alan ve “sakin şehir (cittaslow)” olarak seçilen Seferihisar, Akyaka, Yenipazar ve Köyceğiz’i ziyaret eden yerli ve yabancı turistlerin 2020 yılı itibariyle TripAdvisor Web Sitesi üzerinden yapmış oldukları yorumları içerik analizine tabi tutarak analiz etmektir. 2020 yılı içerisinde TripAdvisor üzerinden yapılan yorumlarda Yenipazar hakkında herhangi bir yoruma rastlanılmamaktadır. Araştırma bulgularına göre, diğer üç destinasyon ile ilgili yorum bırakan toplam ziyaretçi sayısı 151 olarak belirlenmiştir. Yerli ve yabancı turistlerin bu destinasyonlarda yaşamış oldukları olumlu ve olumsuz deneyimler, her bir destinasyon için ayrı ayrı kategorileştirilerek bulgular kısmında sunulmuştur. Üç yöre için, ziyaretçi oylarının çoğunluğu, “mükemmel” ve “çok iyi” olmuştur. Her yörenin toplam oylarının yüzdesi hesaplandığında, ziyaretçiler tarafından en fazla “mükemmel” oyu alan sakin şehir, Köyceğiz olmuştur

Abstract

The concept of "cittaslow" that emerged in Italy has become a very popular concept in Turkey for the last 10 years, especially in the tourism sector and academic studies in the field. In this direction, the purpose of the research is; situated in the Aegean Region of Turkey and slow city "cittaslow” chosen from Seferihisar, Akyaka, Yenipazar and Koycegiz visiting domestic and TripAdvisor in 2020 foreign tourists comments they have made via the website is to analyze by subjecting the content analysis. There is no comment about Yenipazar in the comments made on TripAdvisor in 2020. According to the research findings, the total number of visitors who left comments on the other three destinations was determined to be 151. The positive and negative experiences of domestic and foreign tourists in these destinations are categorized separately for each and presented in the findings section. For the three areas, the majority of the visitor votes were "excellent" and "very good". When the percentage of the total votes of each area is calculated, the slow city that received the most “excellent” votes by visitors was Köyceğiz
