The Reasons University Students Apply to the Center of Psychological Counseling and Guidance: A Retrospective Study

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the application reasons of university students to psychological counseling and guidance center. The population of this retrospective and descriptive designed research was comprised of all applications of students of a university to a psychological counseling and guidance center between 2012-2019, and the sample was comprised of 373 applications with complete information. The data were collected through the application form and analyzed with descriptive tests, chi-square test, with the significance level at p
